- Do I need to create an account to order?
We recommend that our dear customers should create an account so they can track their Order History and re-order easily for the next round without having to key in the same details all over again 🙂
Register member also will be given specialty if any promotion or future event as we will send immediately through our admin.
Member who become our loyal customer are eligible to be given discounts with terms and conditions.
- How do I create an account?
Please click on “My Account” at the very top of your browser. then click “Register”. Follow the instructions on-screen accordingly. Make sure you use an active email to enable future notifications on your orders. 🙂

- Ok, I have created my account but how do I submit an order?

- What type of payment does USWAH accept?
By ordering through our website, you can make the payment by Direct Online Banking by Billplz,Bank Transfer (by online or ATM deposits usually) and Paypal (debit & credit card) . Any assistance on payment please email [email protected] for more info.

- How long does it take for booking orders?
Once you have confirmed order, the item will only be valid for 48 hours only. However if payment is made after 48 hours, please prepare any backup order item just in case the item you order has sold out.
- When will my order be delivered?
We will process your order only on weekdays, 9.00am-6.00pm. Any payment made before 10am on weekdays, your order will be sent to our courier on the same day. Please refer HERE for more info on our delivery process.
- Oh no, there is a defect on my item. How do I return it for a new one?
Please note that we will only accept returns with TAGS on, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED and the packaging still intact. We have the right to refuse to return a new one if we received the item in an unfavourable way. We will give you a Store Credit to compensate your delivery costs. Request for cash refund/money transfer is not allowed.
- I’m sorry but I received the wrong item for my order. What should I do?
Please email [email protected] as soon as possible so we can assist you further and mention your Order ID involved. 🙂
- I want to return my item back because I have a change of mind, I do not like the color etc. Can I do so and get my money back?
We are very sorry but we will only compensate for defect items or items wrongly sent to our customer. Please refer HERE for more info on our Return & Exchange Policy. 🙂
- Can I add-on new item/cancel my order once I have Confirm Order?
Add-on: Yes you may do so before making your payment, please reply your invoice you have received through email and our admin will assist you accordingly and quote you the new price. 🙂
Cancel: You can reply your invoice that you wish to cancel the order. Or in other way, we will delete your order if it has been unpaid for more than 24 hours 🙂
- I can’t remember my password so I reset it. However I did not receive any feedback on my new password. What should I do?
Please inform our web admin by emailing your concern to [email protected] or chat with us directly at BLUE ICON on bottom of right corner of our website. We will give you a new password accordingly. 🙂
