Shipping cost depends on the weight of item. If during checkout, the cost of shipping do not appear please do inquire at [email protected]
International Delivery
Please note that shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duties (if any). Any custom/ import duties will be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an estimated amount of custom/ import duties.
For now we have an option to send and quote shipping cost through our website except Israel. Customer just need to fill the billing details and shipping (if different from billing information) and the total cost will be display automatic.
We use courier from Aramex, TNT, Fedex or SF Express for international shipment.
Payment (Malaysia)
For Malaysia citizen, you are advise to use Direct Online Banking via Billplz or Paypal via our system that connect with most of bank in Malaysia as we both notify about your payment in second. All charges will be absorb by USWAH.

you can manually direct transfer through your prefer online banking system and put the ID ORDER at the reference and our email.All charges will be absorb by you.
PAYPAL
Alternative for buyer outside from Malaysia, we also accept Paypal to buy from us. Please choose Paypal during checkout and you will directly connect to official Paypal account.

Q: I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
There are two circumstances in which explains why you have not received your parcel yet:
- Postman might have left a delivery advice if there is no one to answer the door during delivery.
- You have provided an incomplete address.
We understand your disappointment in this situation but we also seek your kind understanding that we have ensured that your parcel was carefully wrapped and sent within the stipulated timeframe as stated on your invoice.
If your parcel still hasn’t turn up at your doorstep after 1.5 weeks from the date your parcel was sent, kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] and we will try our very best to locate your parcel.
