International Delivery
Please note that shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duties (if any). Any custom/ import duties will be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an estimated amount of custom/ import duties.
For now we have an option to send and quote shipping cost through our website except Israel. Customer just need to fill the billing details and shipping (if different from billing information) and the total cost will be display automatic.
We use courier from Aramex, TNT, Fedex or SF Express for international shipment.
Return & Exchange
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- For returns & exchanges, please email us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Returns for refund will only be accepted within 3 days of the customer receiving the product.
- Strictly no refunds will be issued after 3 days of receiving the products.
- Strictly NO cash refund. We will only refund you in form of Store Credit with the same amount as the returned item.
- We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer and give Store Credit to compensate.
