International Delivery

Please note that shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duties (if any). Any custom/ import duties will be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an estimated amount of custom/ import duties.

We use courier from Aramex, TNT, Fedex or SF Express for international shipment.

Return & Exchange

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For returns & exchanges, please email us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 3 days of the customer receiving the product.
Strictly no refunds will be issued after 3 days of receiving the products.
Strictly NO cash refund. We will only refund you in form of Store Credit with the same amount as the returned item.
We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer and give Store Credit to compensate.
